Jaipuria Group is coming up with one of the first group housing projects in the HADA area (highrise promotion zone) with a constructed area of ~1 million square feet.
 The project will house 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms flats measuring ~1,250 sq.ft. ,~1,460 sq.ft. and ~1,750 sq.ft. approx.
The location of the project is ~5 kms from the new International Airport and ~3 kms from the Hardware Park.
The height of the towers will range from 45 meters - 60 meters (15 - 20 storeys high).
The project will include facilities like covered parking, clubhouse, swimming pool and a community centre. |
